RMA Privacy Statement

 
  1. We take every measure to apply the strictest standards of confidentiality to all information that clients share with us.
  2. We collect the minimum amount of customer information required to help us deliver superior service to our customers, which includes advising customers about our products, services and other opportunities, and to administer our business.
  3. Only authorized RMA employees, who are trained in the proper handling of customer information, have access to customer information. Employees who breach our Privacy Policy will be subject to our normal disciplinary process.
  4. We will not reveal customer information to any outside organization unless we have previously informed the customer in disclosures or agreements, have received authorization from the customer, or are required by law.
  5. Whenever we hire other organizations to provide support services, we will require them to conform to our privacy standards.
